List down benefits that this tool offers to project managers.
The benefits of Zoho to project managers have been
listed below:

Efficient and effective project planning: the ability
to break down milestones in tasks and further into sub tasks to make them
manageable. Also being able to assign tasks and monitor progress in real-time.

Gantt Charts provide an expected or committed timeline
against real-time progress, which is also broken-down task-wise, providing
areas in which more resources may be required or areas wherein progress
requires expedition.

A variety of other reporting tools have also been
provided in order to understand task-wise and team member-wise performance in
terms, issues, achievements, and interface to share reports directly with
clients. This also includes a calendar which provides a macro and micro view to
understand every detail of progress being made.

Live Feeds – message board on which all members of the
team can leave comments in one place while also providing a platform for them
to socialize. Another great feature is chatrooms – which provide teams members with
the ability to directly connect with each other and discuss ideas and
solutions. Both of these features help project managers improve efficiency by
not having to organize team meetings and being able to resolve issues almost
immediately. Through these features project managers also have a good idea of
the conversations between team members.

The project manager and other team members can create
wiki pages so that team members don’t have to waste time organizing a meeting
to understand technical aspects or other topics. They can simply access these
pages and understand matter while being able to request further elaboration.

A document center has been provided so that all
members don’t have to go back and forth over emails, and everyone is in sync as
the latest version of a document is available to all. This reduces time wasted
in managing files and sharing them. Also, the project manager can access all
the latest information without asking individual members for it.

Zoho also offers a high degree of integration with
Google services i.e. Drive, Gmail, and login, making it easy for all members to
use their software and reducing time spent on training to use the software. In
addition, there are mobile apps for iOS and Android devices from which the
project manager can view all the above details. It also allows team members to
work remotely while being able to update the rest of the team on tasks, issues
and progress.
