Construct a brief form that you can use in evaluating digital videos when sourcing for resources to be used in your own teaching.

In the school in which I teach, we have collaborative lesson planning, in which all teachers of a Form jointly plan the learning design and search for suitable resources to employ. The workload is fairly distributed and every teacher plays an equal part in developing each element of the learning design. Hence, for the process of evaluating digital videos the type of evaluation from that would be used is below.
